Message saying I had things about insulation I didn't and implied I was one of the few who had not improved their home. Targeted the elderly
Robocaller. Asked if I was the homeowner. Said no, recorded message continued. The message said that I was on a list of homes with inadequate insulation. I said that I was signed up to the TPS and hung up.
