Called the number, American female voice on answer service, didn’t ring. Said from outsourcing and to press “9” if I didn’t want a call back. So sick of these calls! Someone HAS to make it very difficult for people touting for business in this way!!! 😡😡😡

Accident scam caller

Caller formed me they were calling in relation to an accident I had. I asked him to remove my details from the database and he asked why. I responded I did not consent for them to have my information or contact me. He argued with me that he had received information from my insurance company and wanted me to prove why he did not have the right to contact me. I refused to engage and asked for my details to be removed and he persisted asking me to confirm the date of my accident. I once again repeated I’d like my details removed and he again asked me to confirm the date my accident which point I hung up.

saying i can claim for an accident, but could not tell me the date. only that i can claim. it sounded like an offshore call centre I've not had an accident - 98% confident this was a phishing scam

I answered they hung up

Asking me about an accident that wasn't my fault, I asked him, "What one? I've had loads" then he hung up
