01293 267278 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

01293 267984 called from BT Openreach and said my Internet connection was compromised and but they would help if I could use my computer. I asked the Asian man what his name was Steve he said. Steve what? Wright he replied. So, your name is Steve Wright? Oh, you've hung up! Apart from the name, BT and Openreach are two seperate companies one of which I work for!

' UK Health Servcies ' out and about again. but clearly this number and its associates run all kinds of scams.

Just had this phone number call mum. The lady told mum she was doing a health survey and when I rang back this number an Asian sounding male told me Active Alarms (panic buttons etc for elderly). Sounds like a scam to me!!

Asked for me by name. I asked who she was, she insisted that I confirm my age before she replied. I said "Don't you think it's very rude to ask a complete stranger how old they are?" at which she asked me again to confirm my age. Told her to mind her own business. Clearly a non-native speaker of English. Waste of time.

Pretended to be my "medical advisor", wanting to know about my blood pressure, etc. Hung up when I refused.

Female caller asked "are you [my name]. I answered yes and thee call was immediately ended.

Asked for me by name and when I requested who was calling an foreign voice said "your father". I put phone down

01293 267 278 phoned today, but hung up when my answer machine answered.....

They hung up when i answered the call so must be scammers

Asian sounding female said she wanted to ask me some questions, but when I asked for her name or company name she started rambling on with a strong accent and, when I told her I couldn't understand a word she was saying, she hung up. Obviously a scam.

Asian sounding lady said she was undertaking some kind of health survey and wanted to obtain personal info. I advised her to get a real and honest life and stop making scam calls. She then just hung up.

A number operated by the tin pot Telco "Localphone Limited". How these jokers get a licence-to-spam from Ofcom, I'll never understand. Auto blocked!

Child-like voice asked if I was Mr [used my name]. "I said who's calling". They said "Your father" and hung up. I'm sure they don't have phones in heaven!

Upon answering there was silence then all of a sudden there was a lot of office noise and one or two Asian sounding chaps. Anyway I waited long enough and said "speak or go away, (in no uncertain terms)" then hung up on them.

No caller there when picked up receiver.

On pick up, no response so hung up.

Annoying..phone twice.

Lady wantd to ask about loft insulation.

SCAM: Asian sounding female wanted to ask questions for a 'Health Survey'. Before even confirming my name I asked who she was collecting the information for, and she hung up. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE SCUMBAGS

Rang on my landline at 5.30 pm. Without speaking they hung up when I (truthfully) told them I was on another call (my mobile).

No voice at other end. Hung up after few seconds

Call answered but didn't respond to silence and cut off after 15 seconds.

claimed to be carrying out some sort of health and safety survey. Asked for my age and when I said I didn't want to participate, told me to 'go to hell' and hung up. The voice was female and sounded Asian.
