Second call from a number registered as Twilio Ireland, no answer, line went dead. Tried calling back and it doesn’t even get to ring tone. Usual scammer behaviour. Blocked

I received a call from this number about 5 minutes ago. They said they knew the house was for sale and wanted to know if we had loft insulation, you know the yellow fluffy stuff. I told them we don’t have a loft. I asked who they were calling from, the line went dead.
