Was a female voice asked for me by name I said shes not here, female voice put the phone down before I could ask where she got this No from!!! was not a robot voice.

Annoyingly they intro themselves like they know you, very unprofessional and just say their name not the company name. Say I have insurance for kitchen appliances (when I don’t) and it’s due for renewal.
