Call just said Goodbye when I didn’t say anything.
Babble of 'foreign' language, then hung up.
Lady with indian accent said that she was calling from Virgin media saying that my router was not delivering the correct speed. I hung up straight away and blocked.
Strong foreign accent, said he was from Sky, checking internet connection. I played along to find out what he actually wanted. He instructed me to download an app that would grant him access to my router, supposedly to check its security. When I questioned why Sky would need access to my router he became belittling. When I informed him that I'm no longer with Sky he said it didn't matter as everyone was with Sky, told me not to be so "oversmart", raised his voice and became quite rude. I asked to speak to his manager to discuss his inappropriate behaviour and so he hung up. Number now blocked!
Foreign lady said she was from Sky and was checking Internet connection????
Usual Microsoft scam . Woman , Asian accent asked for me by name . Didn’t reply to her question instead I asked what she wanted ! She began with the usual drivel that she was from Microsoft , I suggested ( strongly) she wasn’t being truthful and she ended the call .
Silent call, hung up when I didn't say anything
