It's a robo call as there is a delay between you answering and the scammer on the other end responding with their scripted response "It's such and such calling from O2 how are you today?"
Was called by them, I answered and was instantly hung up on. Called them back and they give you options to talk to someone, leave a message etc but everything js makes them repeat the options
Came up as suspected scam so didn’t answer. Seems a lot of these numbers are with the same provider
