Scam/Fraud

Male with a strong accent asking me if my house had any problems e.g. damp/mould. Didn't state where or who they were, just kept asking if I have any problems with my house and that they can sort it. I played along for a bit stated we have no roof, flooding and that our boiler had exploded. When I started to say the walls are falling down he told me I was "cheating" him and that he'll call the council on me. The caller then terminated the call.
