When answered the phone they claimed were from Hastings direct who my old insurance was with. Claiming that they can get my compensation for a car accident. Did not have the correct information and have been contacted by them before claiming they can support me. When I communicated that my insurance are dealing with this currently who is not Hastings they became raised voice and pushy. Somehow had my email and sent me an email with incorrect information for their company including wrong contact numbers and had took the identity of a psychology student on linked in as an email address. There is a company in the address on the bottom of the email for accidental law however appears to be trying to take their company identity avoid as much as you are able. Have now reported and blocked.

Claiming to be a confirmation call from 'The Claims Department' about my car accident. Could not tell me my name, my car, or my registration plate. Became rude with me when I kept denying his claims. Time wasting scam artist.
