NHS patient transport, but why have such an aggressive and upsetting message about not being abusive to call centre staff when so many people calling back will be vulnerable and elderly - you could say the same thing in a much nicer way with kinder wording and a gentler/friendlier tone of voice? Also why not either leave a message or give people the ability to call back? You just get the message and then silence, leaving vulnerable people and their carers worried their transport will not happen as they couldn't get to the phone in time. For those worried, you can try 0800 096 0211 option 2 enquiry - but you don't need to worry as they confirmed they don't cancel just because you couldn't answer :)
