Sanctuary housing alarm. Safe to answer if you have a family member with support alarms or pendants

This is indeed Sanctuary housing alarm systems. The alarm was going off in my Gran’s old flat, electrical fault caused by a water leak! Safe to answer, best to, if you know someone with that type of alarm system.

I had a call from this number and it was Sanctuary Housing lifeline alarm for my mums pendant, so make sure you answer if you are a contact. This is why they might ring in middle of night if the pendant is pressed then.

It's a alarm call service based in Chester but covers country wide - so if your nearest and dearest have pendant and they are ringing you, pick up, something has gone wrong!!
