Persistent scammer

Heard the words loft insulation and put the phone down!

Total scam !!!

Called at 13:46h today. Call ended part way through my message on the answerph.

I didn't answer it as number not recognised.

General mention of energy savings and asked if I'm the home owner. I didn't answer that question but asked for the name of their company a few times, stating I'm with the Telephone Preference Service, this is a cold call and I'm going to report it to the Information Commissioner's Office. They just carried on talking, ignoring everything I was saying so I ended the call.

The caller hung up on answering.

Didn’t recognise the number so let it go to answerphone, no message left.

I say nothing when an unnkown number calls - if it is genuine they will say something. Speaking triggers the recording. They rang off.

Energy Scam

Telling me the lagging in my attic has asbestos, many years ago it was easy to have your loft lagged for free, it's found that it's causing respiratory problems....so on so forth.

Usual recorded conversation saying her name was Jo my local energy adviser. When I didnt stay on script the call ended.

Unexpected unknown number. Let go to voicemail. No message left.
