According to their records, my loft doesn't have the correct loft insulation. My house is a new build, I've lived here less than a year and I had everything checked as part of the buying process. Even if it's not the correct type, I'd obviously be pushing this back to the developers to fix. Don't think they've done their research properly, especially as they haven't checked my address with me. Do they even know what address I supposedly live at??
