01228 234031 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Let phone ring out. No message left therefore assume it was a scam call.

Didn't answer as number unrecognised and I do not know anyone from Carlisle, especially who'd call 17:57 hours on New Year's Day? I'm 300 miles from Carlisle???

Called offering a £15 a month unlimited calls text and data sim only package, claimed to be from carphone warehouse, when asked about the data fair use limit, caller became progressively unprofessional, calling me a “sharp man” before threatening to have relations with my mother, poor bloke. I will be contacting carphone warehouse about this, on the off chance it isn’t a scam. Calling back the number, it does exist and has some hold system, claims to be for a “New Day Links” - marketing firm. Can’t find a website for them.

Could be spam never had a call from Carlise.

On answering the caller hung up. Have Blocked!

I treat all unwanted calls the same, accept call to waste their time but never speak

Keep getting calls from this number saying they are carphone warehouse! Not sure if it's authentic or not!?

Answered the phone but there was no reply. Hung up and blocked.

Came up as suspected spam on my phone, didnt answer.

Said from Carphone warehouse but think more likely a scam as sounded like Indian call centre certainly not from Carlisle

Said they were carphone warehouse. Probably a scam
