I didn't speak, no hello. Just a robotic voice after 20 seconds saying goodbye. Possibly hoping I would speak so they can use record my voice in some scam using AI.

I received a call from someone called Steven asking if there’s any damage to my council property saying they will repair it at no expense to me. Now it’s not usual for Aberdeen city council to call looking for repair jobs so I’m now dubious about the call considering it came from Canterbury and I’m in Aberdeen two different councils & governments????????????
