Said they could set up a IVA. They had my credit report in front of them.
Called me 3 times in 2 hours. No message left. Number blocked for the future
a female voice said she was calling from Homeserve about my final payment for TV and electrical cover. I said I didn't have any cover for TV. Apparently she said I took out cover in 2019 and that she was going to take the final payment today which she quoted as something around about £249. This was to be the final payment. I said I don't want to take out a final year's cover. She said unfortunately you can't cancel this. At this point I said I'll get back to you and put the phone down.
