Called and said my phone would stop working in a few days…. I’m not with Vodafone so hung up and blocked the number
Indian Call Centre. Supposedly from Vodafone telling me my Number was going to be disconnected. Vodafone are not my current service provider so clearly a scam based on outdated information. I hung up.
Supposedly from Vodafone telling me my sim was going to expire and they were going to send me a new one so I could use 5G. As I already can this has to be a spam call.
I cut the call and they called me again
Said they were Vodafone and that my number would be suspended if I didn’t upgrade my SIM card - I’d already had a genuine notification which stated upgrade not mandatory but got a new eSIM for my phone in the last couple of days
They said Sky Mobile and Vodafone are merging and they said they were going to send me a new SIM card and needed to change my direct debit. Asked for access to my Sky Mobile account.
