Silent call no answer - therefore illegal - odd that you give it neutral rating.
Called twice yesterday <1minute apart - Which most scam companies seem to do. U didn't answer it, as I didn't recognise the number and am TPS-Registered + Ex-Directory, so they were illegally calling - As many others have also had, with silent calls (so probably an automated random dialler, which then doesn't have anyone to put through so also breaking telecommunications rules on silent calls)
Two calls from this number and both were silent. Looks like auto-dialling or nuisance activity.
