I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number & they phoned me on my 2nd SIM which I don't use for personal calls & so I don't know how they had got this number. So, out of office hours using a different phone with my number withheld I phoned the number 01218208033& the prerecorded message saying that they are UK NATIONALS saying to complete their household survey at the internet address they said. So, I blocked the number.
