Said they we're from o2,very strong Indian accent clearly from a call centre in India thinking people are stupid,they said this is o2 I said no your not and hung up on them

The number 0121 805 2250 called around noon today regarding problems with o2 phone reception suggesting that the problem was likely to be SIM card renewal and other possible changes needed. No money involved. Caller said he was from o2. I refused his help and said that I would contact local o2 shop for any changes required.
