Very broken English, hard to understand. Mentioned housing officer, repairs, etc. I just hung up, and blocked the number. Definitely some sort of scam.

Said it was calling about complaint raised with my housing officer. I've not raised any complaints and I've got shared ownership house. He hung up as soon as I said I'm not sure what he is on about
