Phonecall from a 'Private Number'. Asked for his name and asked for his actual phone number and the name of his organisation. Was given the following information........ Someone (Albert Winston) with a foreign accent purporting to be from 'Energy Ombudsman' on 0121 512 2317 saying that my meter needed replacing and that I should make an arrangement to avoid being overcharged. I then asked who was my energy supplier and was given the Postcode and account name of the meter but the person could not give the name of the energy supplier. Having refused to give any information in return the person then became abusive and told me to F**k O** before closing the call.
