Called saying from three network offering 40% off my bill so i asked how much my last bill was and they hung up

They asked me if I was happy with my Sky reception (I don't have Sky) and then offered me a discount. When I asked that they send this in writing to my home address and asked them to confirm what address they hold for me to check it is correct, they tried to change the subject. When I insisted they hung up.
