Foreign sounding caller, claming to be from a debt solution company, I hung up and blocked this number, only get a call from the same person on a completely different number, no even remotely close the one Im reporting on (which was the one - 020 4601 1183, as a heads up) - Do not answer either number

Called claiming to be from O2 and offering significant discounts on mobile phone contracts. When challenged for proof that he was from O2, none could be provided. I also advised I was on the TPS and he shouldn't be cold calling. I then left the line open for about 60 secs as he asked questions, with no response from me and he eventually got bored and hung up.

I am going to to assume it is a cold call number, possibly phone related, They hung up when I answered. However by the description from the people it sounded, that it may have been very similar to one I received from Bristol the week before, Bristol India, I think. That was the usual Vodafone 40% cheaper etc. etc.

Claims to be from O2 offering a 40% discount… Answered call, few seconds of silence, a couple of clicks heard, and the the rubbish starts being spouted. Suspect it’s an account takeover scam. Reported the call to 7726 (text Call followed by the number to 7726) but suspect it doesn’t make a lot of difference as these jokers just spoof another UK number…

Said they were from EE. I said I was not interested then hung up. When I called back number not available.

Silence for 25 seconds or so, then it disconnected. Spammers.

Claimed to be from 02 , i challenged him and he hung up

Claiming discount on O2 or quote the caller 'zero 2'. Dead giveaway spam. I hung up and blocked this number.

Claiming to be from O2 offering 40% discount on bills. I repeatedly asked which city ‘John’ was calling from and he eventually said Slough. I challenged the fact that he was disguising the phone no. and that this must be a scam. He hung up.

They Hung Up When I answered. Must be some type of scam.
