Answered and they were silent, heard a blip which means it’s connecting to an external line and put the phone down

Said they were calling from EE mobile. I'm with 3 (on the number they called) and currently waiting for the number to be transferred to ID, but have no connection to EE at all. My home internet is Vodafone so it wasn't related to that either. I just said I wasn't interested in talking and then rang off, so I'm not sure what they would have claimed to be calling about if I'd stayed on the line.
