Telephone sales for for a necklace type personal alarm. He asked for me by name but I told him that I wasn't interested as my personal experience proved to me that they don't work very well. My mother had one which she activated twice because of falls, the first time they took four hours to react and the second time they didn't react at all, probably because the company was three hundred miles from us!
