This number called my mobile at 15.28 on 02.09.2022. When I answered, there was silence, then the caller terminated the call. To my mind, it sounds like a scammer.

If a number is NOT programmed in to my phone then it means that I have had no dealings with whoever may be calling and as such that caller will never get an answer. May mean missing some genuine calls but the flip side is that I also miss a LOT of telemarketing or spam calls.
