A woman called to talk about loft insulation. Apparently what is in most lofts is now prone to mould. They can inspect and then offer what they think will sort it out!! Then asked all personal questions as to age , owner of house etc. all the way through the conversation there were silent gaps. I eventually asked what they were and why they were happening - total silence so I rang off. As I live in the dialling code area I thought it maybe someone known to me!! Wrong!!”
