Said there was a message for me; press a number to accept, another to decline. Declined message. So many scammers about, will not take any chances.

This is the second day running that the electricity interruption has been passed. Yesterday was a planned interruption that had been announced by letter by the electricity authority, not so today. I intend to ignore message and should it happen again I will block this number.

This number called twice at 1.45am and 1.50am so woke me up. I didn't answer it as I didn't recognize the number. Reading the comments on here it seems to be a scam. Nobody decent rings in the early hours of the morning unless it is a life or death situation. It's about time these scammers are stopped.

got 4 calls to say my power would be restored by 11pm, I had NO power problem. Also happened it Dec 2021. My energy company says its a Scam

Received 2 calls from an automated recording. 1-03 and 3-45 am.Do I really want to be woken up to be informed of a power cut?

Claimed to be from Well pharmacy saying that a prescription was ready for collection. Press 1 if you have received this call. Another press 1 scam?!

Automessage re. someone or something running late. No idea who or what! Dialled number - another automessage, equally meaningless. As I was expecting two separate people, wondered if genuine but suspect it's a complete waste of time!

Telephoned us at 0330 AM?

Called my landline three times within the space of 20 minutes. Recorded message, beginning: 'This is a free recorded message. Press 1 to accept. Press 9 to reject.' Obviously a scam. Therefore, I didn't press either key, and just hung up.

Automated message from Welsh Water caught by answerphone. Only got part of message, which told me 'water might be dirty or rusty' and said dial 1 to confirm receipt or 2 to hear it again. Suggested visit welshwater . com for more info. Seemed genuine because website confirmed local issue. I rang it back (withholding my number) and got a recording that it belongs to a messaging service (didn't catch which). So it seems Welsh Water and others (some seemingly less scrupulous, by other comments here) have hired them - but it is probably genuine. But they should get their act together and stop scammers using their service!

Have received this message three times so far this morning, all close to each other. I do not proceed with their instructions. These calls surely can be stopped.

Had call from this number today 30th May 2021. Didnt recognise number so didnt answer the call.

It was a message from Welsh water.

called 3 times in 10 minutes.

Just had a call from this number this morning, automated telling me I had a message: press 1 to hear the message-press 2 to ignore it, so I dialled call blocking to find the number, I have just this minute while typing this had another call,(quite persistent). Will now block the number.
