I've had the same message, supposedly from the Coop Bank, also quoting incorrect last 4 digits.

Rang pretending to be cooperative bank. Asked me to confirm my name. Told me to listen to the whole message as it contained important information. Quoted last 4 digits of account number, which wasn't mine. I disconnected the call as they started to ask me to confirm year if birth from an option of 4 years. Highly suspicious
