Recorded message from Smile Direct regarding return of the impression kit and a long shrill monologue about covid measures etc. Yes I am using this company but they are pretty relentless at following up daily with calls, even though it is all being done by the internet.

Called from this number, and it was a follow-up call from Smile Direct Club about returning the dental impressions. A slight pause before the automated message, but it's legit.

Smile Direct club as prev mentioned. Automated voice message left when I missed the call.

Smile Direct. Very poor quality sound automated message. Reminder about returning kit, covid reassurance etc. So it's legit, but I'm finding it all a hard sell, with automated reminders every day. I haven't had the kit a week yet and not had chance to use it due to other life situations. They are beginning to irritate me.

I had a missed call, it only rang twice and hung up. When I called back it’s SmileDirect so legit as I am with them

Smile Direct Club, a genuine dental company specifying in invisible aligners to straighten your teeth. I did not answer the call and was left with a terrible voicemail, however this was just to inform me (as well as the email they had already sent me) of how I can return my impressions kit and to ensure me that the people working in the labs are doing so following Covid guidelines. I suspect you will only receive a call from this number if you have previously signed up to Smile Direct Club.

Just joined Smile Direct, must be related as well. Also left a voicemail.

Smile Direct Club its an automated voice message and starts after a few seconds. they just inform you about returning your kid and no action is required.
