Silent call which hung up after a few seconds.

They said "Thank you for calling the National Helpline, press 1 for accounts, etc. " without saying who they are, option 8 was to hear the options again but when i chose it the bot said I will be placed in the queue and they will call me back. Clearly a phishing / rogue caller. I blocked their number.
