Have rung at least 3 times in the past week and comes up on my phone as ' Likely Nuisance'. I rang from a work phone and the call was blocked as suspected spam. The message if you ring (which again, I did from a different work phone) says 'thank you for calling clear.com(sp?) press 1 to be connected to a live agent. So sounds like spam to me.
