Fraudsters - they send a text message stating that a cryptocurrency account has been compromised and then try to have you set up a new wallet to send your balance to in order to keep it safe.

claimed to be Carphone Warehouse, but didn't know who I was (they usually ask to speak to me by name), wanted to offer me an amazing deal on a new phone..lots of voices clear in the background, heard someone say they were from Microsoft.....I laughed and Hung up.

Claimed to be from Carphone warehouse calling from 'London' - no answer to why calling from a Leeds number. I have had no dealings with Carphone Warehouse for many years. Sounded potentially to be Philippines. Claimed my number was apparently 'in the database'. I terminated the call.
