I called this number to cancel Trainline train tickets, I just got my phone bill in, I was only on the phone 7mins 6secs and was charged £25.15, the robbing ba@tards. I can now see in my O2 app the call includes an access charge of £0.65/minute which im fine with £4.50 but no idea what the other costs are within this price and not sure how I find out without racking up more cost. In fact there was another number I rant 09015450841 and was on for 1min 53secs and was charged £6.02 and the message I received told me to ring the other number which charged me £25.00, I did cancel the train tickets though and got a refund.
