Received a call today as bought a tumble dryer from Curry's and when I received it the product was damaged, was to chase up and arrange a replacement even though I had been in and exchanged in store.

CAll from Indesit/Hotpoint to arrange an order delivery. They did leave a message and I called back but it took 8 attempts before i could get through! I'll wait for them to call me back next time.
