Called about an accident (2 years ago) which had been resolved through our insurer almost immediately. He asked for my wife by her first name not announcing who or what he wanted. When I asked who he was he said a couple of names but I couldn't understand what he said. I then asked what it was about. When I explained that we didn't want any phone calls about the accident, he hung up while I was still talking (politely). How rude! Wish I hadn't been so polite now.....
