just had this same number call me saying they would withhold a payment unless I confirmed it. Checked on here and saw it was a scam. So thank you for highlighting this number

Purporting to be bank verifying a card being uploaded to payment app. Associated with initial message which says bank will send text on a mobile number 07862138728. Second such message recently.
