I called what I thought was HP support for help to set up my printer, I was charged £85 to delete the "trojans & virus" I then signed up for the Wolf Virus checker for 5 years £345. David was very helpful in helping me set up my printer, which worked fine until December when I got an error message. I was unable to do anything about it as going away. On my return David called me as he thought I had a problem, I explained the printer wasn't working. He identified the problem as said it human error and charged me £135 to put it right. I mentioned this recently to my Son, he did some research and came to conclusion I had been scammed!!
