Pretending to be Scottish Power; asking a lot of personal information; caller has Nigerian accent. Stating that I owe money to Scottish Power. Asking if I would like to set-up direct debit for payments; wanted my bank details. It seems data / information from Scottish Power has been compromised. Scottish Power must be reported to Information Commissioner's Office for data loss and data breach.

Pretending to be Scottish Power. Asian sounding lady asking me for my details. I asked to speak to manager as she was becoming quite rude. She then hung up.

Scam, changed my number with Scottish Power and they still call the wrong number

Kept asking them for my name and to send me an email but they said they have to put me on hold for it but I told them not to and they kept saying we r the Scottish power , sounded like so Indian lady and I was scared she was going to get into my phone when on hold so I hung up. People have nothing better to do

I have been having dealings with Scottish Power, and this number text and said we still need to talk to you about paying your bill. I know its a scam, because I am in credit after SP sorted out my issue. I don't need to pay any bill. How do these people pick up on the fact that you have been dealing with the real company and try to scam you? It's disgusting, very nasty people!

These calls are from Scottish Power. I know this because we have asked to switch to another provider in April and then again in May and they are being very obstructive. We have refused to pay them any more money until it is sorted out. It defo looks like a scam and tha'ts because they are rude and incompetent.

Called and pretended to be Scottish power, asked me to “confirm“ my personal details for security reasons (they didn’t have any of my details and wanted me to provide them) and when I asked what this call was about, they said they couldn’t disclose this until I provided all my information. I said I wouldn’t do this and they said ok and hung up. I had no emails from Scottish power regarding any issue to discuss via phone, therefore pretty sure this was a scam call so beware.

Has called 3 times in 2 days. Didn't answer.

Said they were S Power. Having many of these scams coming through. They just keep coming from different numbers.
