Attempted to sell resin driveways. Extremely pushy on the phone, to the point that I blocked the number. They insisted that both my wife and I be present for an in-person sales presentation before they would proceed, which I found unnecessary and overly aggressive.
Called by Ian and Billy from Bespoke Solutions trying to flog solar panels, said I had contacted them a long time ago and there was a new solution with investment from energy companies, to make solar panels better for older people. Pressurised into accepting a visit in the next 24 hours and said both parties had to be present, and this is what the FCA said they had to do. They obviously had no idea what they were talking about as they never even mentioned the supply of credit, which FCA regulates. Steer wide of them and don’t accept them in the house. Number blocked.
A business that provides garden/landscaping/driveways services. Responding to job posted on ‘checkatrade’, ‘rated people’ ‘my builder’ etc. However, I didn’t ask, approve or choose them to contact me directly.
