Told me was from the federal bureau before hanging up... Not recognised when calling back ! Weird!

Had this number call me this morning, when I said "I'm sorry but I don't require your services" politely I was asked "what do I need?" I replied with "nothing from you today I'm afraid" The guy then said.... "I tell you what you need, you need to go hang yourself for a while" and then hung up!

I keep getting calls of them. They rang me once and I answered, a man told me he was from ACM Claims Limited, I told him not to call me back, 20 minutes later I got another call off them, I answered an it was silent for 3 seconds and then disconnected... If I ring them back I just don't get anything...
