She didn't give a company name, but said my computer was using a Public line instead of a Private line. Said they would link me to a "Secure BT Line" so that they could correct the issue. She wanted to know if I had a smart phone or television with the internet. Told her no, I don't use them for the internet (really confuzzled her LOL). Made her hold on for about 10 minutes while I went upstairs to switch my computer on. I got the noise eventually, that the line had been closed, so hung up. Immediately she called back again. This time I called her out, as a scammer. Then came the threat, that unless I let her help me with this problem, BT would close my line. Asked her how old she was, wouldn't tell me it's "Private" and why did I want to know. My answer to that was that she would soon be asking me personal information. Told her she was old enough to get a proper job and stop stealing money from people. Kept her occupied for long enough.
