Left a message being an obvious total scam as follows; Notice from immigration bureau we have contact you many times but can't contact you. You have an urgent document notification for detail. Press one for English press two for Chinese. You mean you told you want me to look you even since you told catching something I need to mention to mention…” Obvious from content that perpetrators are uneducated,, thieving, low-live scum.
