Said he was calling about property repairs for council and housing association properties. As massive backlog since COVID, which is where I hung up. Not in a council or HA house

Bad speaking English (man). I try to tell him that i am not interested in this way of communicating and asked to sent a Email. He kept on talking bla bla bla. . I stopped the call. In short terms.....DON'T pick up these calls !!! is wasting your time.
