I answered (more than once) to a silent call lasting 2 or 3 seconds. Presume unknown scam purpose …. to encourage a call back?

Answered but there was the give away silent pause before connecting to someone in a call centre. Hung up before they could speak. Definitely not a personal mobile number.

Missed call. Although I tried to answer it. When I rang back a recorded voice saying this call will be charged so I hung up. No idea who it is.
