I had a miss call from this number, tried to phone it back but it does not allow for it to ring through. I got an automatic message saying number is not recognised. When I added the number to WhatsApp, to see if it’s someone I recognised their picture was of a cartoon character. I can only think this person is a scam caller using someone’s number to get hold of details.

Ignored call as didn't recognise the number. Promptly blocked.

Called and did not leave a message. Didn’t know the number so didn’t call them back.

Called, just a static crackle in background so hung up.

Claimed to be from Vodafone offering me a discount only after I told them how much I paid per month myself.

No speaker on end of line, immediate hang up. Probably testing if line still works.

I ignored the call as I did not recognise the number and could not find anything online, no voice message left - I have been receiving several unsolicited calls of late, so I decided not to answer it. I think if it was something legitimate, a message would have been left.

No speaking, long pause, electric sounding buzz/click and then line went dead. 9.30am.
