Asked if I am having issues with my sky service as they have had reports it’s down all morning, I said no and she went on to say for being a loyal customer she will give me a 40% discount on my bill for the whole year. I was then asked for details and as soon as I said she should already have it as she’s calling me and that im not giving my details to someone calling off a random mobile number claiming to be from Sky she hung up on me.
