Rachel called in asking to speak to our HR department about our advisers' qualifications within our finance company - I put her on hold then hung up.

The lady was quite demanding in wanting to speak to people who no longer work here, and wanted to know the name of our HR manager. I advised that due to our GDPR rules I wasn't at liberty to provide that information, at which point she said that she would be able to find t on the internet, I advised that this was her choice to do so, and again she mentioned the persons name who no longer worked here. I explained that she could always send an email to HR directly, to which she advised me to just carry on about my business and put the phone down.
