Everyone online is saying it's a scam. That was my impression too. I Got to my phone a while after it called but it was on silent anyway. I say don't call them back or pick up. People have been getting silent or nuisance calls from them. If you pick up or call back they will know for definite your phone is active and keep spamming you or sell your details on to other companies.
